The New Republic in partnership with the William and Mary Environmental Science and Policy Program will host a climate change forum in Virginia featuring Governor Terry McAuliffe, Angela Navarro Staff Attorney and Leader of Southern Environmental Law Center's Energy Efficiency Program, Olga Torres President of the Hampton Roads Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and others.
